Unter Actinium-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Actinium zusammengefasst; diese bestehen aus einem Atomkern mit 89 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 89 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Actinium-Isotopen liegt in der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern begründet.
Das radioaktive Element Actinium besitzt ausschließlich instabile Isotope, von denen das langlebigste eine Halbwertszeit von weniger als 21,8 Jahren hat.
In der Natur finden sich geringe Mengen von Actinium-227 und Actinium-228 (Mesothorium II) als Zwischenprodukte radioaktiver Zerfallsreihen, die vom Uran-235 bzw. Thorium-232 ausgehen; den bei weitem größten Anteil an natürlichen Actinium liefert dabei das Isotop 227.
Die einzelnen Actinium-Isotope besitzten kaum eine praktische Bedeutung; dies liegt zum einen in den hohen Produktionskosten und zum anderen in der hohen Radioaktivität, die diese Nuklide ausstrahlen. Das Isotop mit der Massenzahl 225 eignet sich als α-Strahler für die medizinische Behandlung bestimmter Krebsarten eingesetzt werden.
