Unter Arsen-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Arsen zusammengefasst; diese bestehen aus einem Atomkern mit 33 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 33 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Arsen-Isotopen liegt in der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern begründet.
Das Arsen ist ein mononuklides Element oder Reinelement, d. h., es tritt in der Natur nur in Form eines einzigen Nuklids auf: Arsen-75.
Die Standard-Atommasse von Arsen ist 74,921595(6) u.
Neben dem natürlichen und einzigem stabilen Arsen-Isotop sind 29 weitere instabile Nuklide bekannt und entsprechend charakterisiert worden.
