Unter Blei-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Blei zusammengefasst; diese bestehen aus einem Atomkern mit 82 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 82 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Blei-Isotopen liegt in der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern begründet.
In der Natur tritt das chemische Element Blei in Form von 8 verschiedenen Isotopen auf: 4 stabile Nuklide (Blei 204, 206, 207, 208) und 4 Radionuklide (Blei 210, 211, 212, 214).
Von den stabilen Nukliden gilt das Isotop Pb-204 als primordial. Die drei anderen stabilen Bleiisotope sind die Endprodukte verschiedener Zerfallsreihen und damit erst im Laufe der Zeit entstanden:
* Blei-206: Endnuklid der Uran-Radium-Reihe mit dem Ausgangsnuklid Uran-238,
* Blei-207: Endnuklid der Uran-Actinium-Reihe mit dem Ausgangsuklid Uran-235,
* Blei-208:Endnuklid der Thorium-Reihe mit dem Ausgangsnuklid Thorium-232.
Die natürlichen vier Blei-Radioisotope sind auf Grund ihrer kurzen Halbwertszeiten von 22 Jahren und darunter nur in Spuren nachzuweisen; sie bilden die Zwischenprodukte verschiedener radioaktiver Zerfallsprozesse.
