Vom chemischen Element Francium sind insgesamt 34 Isotope bekannt, die allesamt instabil und damit radioaktiv sind. In der Natur sind die Nuklide Francium-221 und Francium-223 als radioaktive Zwischenprodukte verschiedener Zerfallsprozesse (Actinium- und Neptunium-Zerfallsreihe) anzutreffen.
Alle Francium-Isotope sind sehr kurzlebig; Francium-223 besitzt mit 22 Minuten die längste Halbwertszeit.
