Unter Technetium-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Technetium zusammengefasst; diese bestehen allesamt aus einem Atomkern mit 43 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 43 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Technetium-Isotopen beruht auf der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern.
Unter den ersten 83 chemischen Elementen sind Technetium und Promethium die einzigen Elemente, die keine stabilen Isotope besitzen. Technetium kommt in der Natur quasi nicht vor - höchstens in geringsten Spuren als Zerfallsprodukt des Urans bzw. durch Elektroneneinfang aus Molybdän-Isotopen. Insgesamt sind zur Zeit 36 Radionuklide und mehrere metastabile Kernisomere des Technetiums bekannt.
Einige Technetium-Isotope - hauptsächlich Tc-99m - werden als Betastrahler und in Form von Radiopharmazeutika insbesondere in der Nuklearmedizin zur Diagnose verwendet. Die Erzeugung der kurzlebigen Radionuklide erfolgt in so genannten Technetium-Generatoren.
