Unter Rubidium-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Rubidium zusammengefasst; diese bestehen allesamt aus einem Atomkern mit 37 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 37 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Rubidium-Isotopen beruht auf der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern.
Natürlich auftretende Rubidium-Isotope
Natürliche irdische Rubidium-Vorkommen bestehen aus den beiden Isotopen Rubidium-85 (stabil) und Rubidium-87 (leicht radioaktiv) im Verhältnis 2,6 : 1 und der Atommasse 85,4678(3) u.

Das instabile natürliche Rubidium-87 zerfällt und Aussendung von β--Strahlen in das stabile Nuklid Strontium-87. Das Rb-87/Sr-87-Isotopenverhältnis läßt sich zur radiometrischen Altersbestimmung zum Beispiel in der Geologie (Gesteine, Magma) nutzen.
Neben den natürlich auftretenden Isotopen wurden 30 weitere, instabile Rubidium-Nuklide beschrieben.
