Unter Molybdän-Isotope werden alle Atomkerne des chemischen Elements Molybdän zusammengefasst; diese bestehen allesamt aus einem Atomkern mit 42 Protonen und im ungeladenen Zustand aus 42 Elektronen. Der Unterschied zwischen den einzelnen Molybdän-Isotopen beruht auf der Anzahl der Neutronen im Kern.
Natürlich auftretende Molybdän-Isotope
Natürliche Molybdän-Vorkommen bestehen aus einem Gemisch aus sieben verschiedenen Isotopen, von denen sechs stabil sind und eines (100Mo) radioaktiv zerfällt; insgesamt ergibt sich für Molybdän daraus eine relative Atommasse von 95,95(1) u.

Das radioaktive Nuklid Molybdän-99 findet Verwendung in der Nuklearmedizin als Ausgangsmaterial für die Darstellung des Technetium-Isotops 99mTc.
Alle anderen bisher bekannten und charakterisierten Molybdän-Nuklide sind instabil und besitzen keinerlei Bedeutung für technische Anwendungen.
